ReplyDeleteIt sounds as if all is going really well. A positive and friendly work environment will make the experience even more enjoyable. It was interesting to read the things you were learning - techniques and safety requirements as well as other professional skills such as maintaining confidentiality of work projects. This experience seems to have the added benefit of helping you work out the things you like to do a lot of and the things you don't like so much. You even managed to spot an alternative job role if you don't stay with lab work long term. Finding a workplace you enjoy attending and working alongside people you enjoy working with is important when considering future careers. I really enjoyed reading the blog and look forward to the update when you finish the placement. Hope you enjoy the rest of the time there.
